What kind of electrical work are you looking for?
How it works
Tell us the work you do and the tools you run. We find the local shops hiring for it and make the introduction, you skip the cold calls and drop-ins.
Las Vegas market
Las Vegas commercial work skews union, so we focus on residential service, where shops hire helpers and put them on the Clark County card path.

Questions
Yes. Employers pay a fee when they hire you. You never pay anything.
Local pay for electrical in the Valley generally starts around $36K–52K a year for apprentice and reaches $110K+ for lead / foreman, with journeyman in the $68K–96K/yr range. These are market ranges, not a HyprStart offer, and we match you to shops paying for your level.
You can start as a helper, but Las Vegas is stricter than most markets we cover. Clark County requires a journeyman electrical card to install electrical systems, earned by passing an exam. The county doesn't require documented experience or training to sit that exam, so shops hire helpers and put them on the path.
No. We match everyone from apprentices to lead techs. Tell us where you're at and we route you accordingly, including to shops that train and certify on the job.
