Who we are

HyprStart is a skilled-trades matching service that connects candidates with training programs and employers. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you submit an intake form, we collect the information you provide: name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, experience level, trade interest, certification/OSHA status, and your stated goals. We also record whether you consented to receive text messages.

We do not collect Social Security numbers or government IDs.

How we use your information

To qualify your profile and match you to relevant training programs and employers.
To contact you about your application by text and email.
To improve how we route and match candidates.

When we share it

When you are matched, we may share your profile (name, contact details, experience, and qualification summary) with the specific training programs or employers you are matched to, so they can follow up with you. We share only what is needed to make an introduction. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages

We send SMS only if you opt in. You can stop at any time by replying STOP. See our SMS Consent page for details.

Data retention & your choices

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service. You can ask us to update or delete your information by contacting us.
