Dallas-Fort Worth market

What HVAC pays in DFW.

Dallas-Fort Worth is the largest residential service market in Texas, and the shop count shows it. Summer runs long, and good service techs stay booked.

Questions

Straight answers.

Is it really free?

Yes. Employers pay a fee when they hire you. You never pay anything.

How much do HVAC jobs pay in Dallas-Fort Worth?

Local pay for HVAC in DFW generally starts around $44K–58K a year for install tech and reaches $90K+ for lead / senior, with service tech in the $58K–84K/yr range. These are market ranges, not a HyprStart offer, and we match you to shops paying for your level.

Do I need EPA 608 or a license?

608 helps, but it's not required, many DFW shops hire and certify you. Texas requires an ACR license to contract, but you can work as an employee technician under a licensed company without holding one yourself.

Do I need experience for HVAC work in Dallas-Fort Worth?

No. We match everyone from apprentices to lead techs. Tell us where you're at and we route you accordingly, including to shops that train and certify on the job.

How is this different from Indeed or a job board?

You're not application number 300. We introduce you directly to a Dallas-Fort Worth shop that's hiring, the owner knows you're coming, and you skip the résumé black hole. No mass blasts, no ghosting.

How fast will I hear back?

Most candidates hear from an employer within 1–2 business days of being matched. The more complete your profile, the faster shops move.

Who sees my info?

Only the employers we're introducing you to. No mass job-board blasts, no spam, and you can opt out any time.
