What HyprStart is

HyprStart is a matching service. We connect candidates with training programs and employers. We are not a school, a staffing agency, or an employer, and we do not make hiring decisions. Employers remain responsible for their own hiring decisions, background checks, work-authorization verification, supervision, safety training, and employment terms.

Eligibility

You must be legally able to work in the United States and old enough to enter the trade or program you are applying to.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate, truthful information.
Respond to programs and employers in good faith.
Use the service only for lawful purposes.

No guarantee

We do not guarantee enrollment, a job, an interview, a placement, or any particular wage or outcome. Matches depend on your profile and on program and employer availability.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, HyprStart is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or from your dealings with programs or employers.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
