Questions

Straight answers.

Is it really free?

Yes. Employers pay a fee when they hire you, you never pay anything.

Do I need experience?

No. We match everyone from apprentices to lead techs. Tell us where you're at and we route you accordingly.

Do I need EPA 608 or a license?

608 helps, but it's not required, many Houston shops hire and certify you. Texas requires an ACR license to contract, but you can work as an employee technician under a licensed company without holding one yourself.

How fast will I hear back?

Most candidates hear from an employer within 1–2 business days of being matched.
