We're the introduction. You tell us the work you do; we find the local shops hiring for it and put you in front of them.
What we do
Good tradespeople don't struggle to get hired because shops aren't hiring. They struggle because the hiring is invisible, the openings never get posted, the applications vanish, and the shop three miles away that needed your exact skill set last week never knew you existed.
So we skip the part that's broken. You fill out one form. We find the local shops hiring for your lane and make a warm introduction to the ones that fit. You're never applying into a black hole, and you're never paying us anything, employers pay a placement fee when they hire you.
When a shop hires you, you work for that shop. Not for us, not through us. We're not staffing, we're not a middleman on your paycheck, and we don't take a cut of what you earn.
How it works

We look for local employers hiring for exactly the work you do, including the ones who never posted the opening.
We ask first, then introduce you directly to the shop. No mass blasts, no assessments, no black hole.
We track whether the shop actually responded and chase it if things go quiet. Most people hear back in 1–2 business days.
Where we work
We go deep in a market before we go wide, we'd rather know every shop in one metro than have a thin list in twenty. More are coming as employers sign on.
Our role
Getting paid on placements creates an obvious temptation: shove whoever's available into whatever's open, collect the fee, move on. That's the business we're deliberately not in, a bad match costs the shop a hire and costs you months of your life, and neither of you comes back.
We won't send you somewhere just to fill a headcount. If you're not a fit for an opening, we'd rather keep looking than waste your time and burn our credibility with the shop.
We won't blast your details around. Your information goes to the employers we're introducing you to, and nobody else. We ask before every introduction, and you can always say no.
We won't pretend the market is something it isn't. The pay ranges we publish are researched from public data and span union and non-union shops. They're ranges, not promises. If nothing local fits what you do, we'll say so.
